The Health Service is committed to improving the service it provides to all USW students.

The health service is entering a transition phase and is seeking to review and improve the service available to students.

To this end, we want to understand what improvements students would find most beneficial. Please complete this questionnaire and let us know. On completing the questionnaire, you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five available £10 Amazon E-vouchers. 

The questions have been designed to gather information about the general awareness of Health/Nurse support available at the university, how information and advice is communicated, and what, if any changes, students would like. 

Your feedback will help us to focus on improvements in the right areas to ensure we can effectively support students in looking after and improving their physical health. The deadline for completing the questionnaire is Friday 27th May.
