Launch of digital well-being platform: Togetherall

USW has partnered with Togetherall, a digital well-being platform where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Whether you’re struggling to sleep, feeling low or finding it hard to cope, or just want the chance to think more deeply about your wellbeing, Togetherall can help you to explore your feelings and think things through.

How Togetherall works

Togetherall is an online community that is clinically moderated by mental health professionals and offers students a safe and anonymous place to express your thoughts, concerns and triumphs. Togetherall is free for all USW students and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Togetherall is an opportunity for you to draw strength and insight from your peers’ real lived experiences. It’s also a way for you to access a range of self-directed, clinically validated tools to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Features available in Togetherall

  • Connect with others who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings
  • Express yourself creatively through drawings or words
  • Keep track of thoughts and feelings in your own journal
  • Identify and work towards your goals and track your progress
  • Take part in online courses where you can chat with others and share tips on what’s working
