Sometimes there can be lots of things stressing you out including how you're feeling physically or whether you are sleeping and eating well.
This term, the Wellbeing Service are providing a variety of workshops that will help students address and overcome common pitfalls during their time at University, and develop strategies that can be used every day to improve their wellbeing and mental health. The programme of support is available across all campuses and students will need to book on via the Wellbeing website. Mindfulness sessions are drop-in and no need to book!
