Mental health changes all the time and it depends on many things, such as whether you’re feeling good about yourself or getting on with your family and friends. Sometimes there can be lots of things stressing you out including how you're feeling physically or whether you are sleeping and eating well.
Just as everyone has physical health, so everyone has mental health – sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Mental health is very individual, so what feels 'normal’ to one person may be very different to what other people experience.
