Therapeutic and Reflective Creative Session

Within these group sessions, we will be exploring relevant topics of your choice through different creative mediums.

We will be using creative mediums such as body and movement, a variety of art mediums and creative writing.

To participate in sessions, you don’t need to have any prior experience in the arts. It is not about how ‘good’ you are, but about using creativity to facilitate exploration, imagination, investigation, and reflection.

Using creativity in a reflective manner may help you to:

  • find new ways to look at problems or difficult situations.
  • make sense of things and understand yourself better.
  • give you a chance to connect with others.
  • improve wellbeing.

Note: These sessions are not psychotherapy, but therapeutic/cathartic.
