University can be a stressful time for students. There are assignments, deadlines, social lives, work and more to juggle and keep on top of. Unfortunately, some of the time this can get on top of us, resulting in feelings of worry, anxiety, low mood and stress.

This workshop aims to help. By arming you with the knowledge and tips you need to manage your own stress levels, we hope that you come away feeling a bit lighter and equipped to deal with what studies, and life, have to throw at you.

Topics covered will include:

What is anxiety and stress?

What does stress look like? It’s not the same for everyone!

How can anxiety lead to stress?

How can stress lead to depression or low mood?

How to identify your own stressors and what to look out for.

How to manage these stressors and anxieties.

Who to talk to if you need help with your stress.
