This webinar is delivered by SURE – for mental health.

Depression is a mental health condition that can affect any of us, at any time.

This webinar provides an opportunity to look at the issue of depression by first exploring our moods and how, if unchecked, our moods can result in depression. We then explore what depression looks like; the common types of depression; the barriers to accessing treatment; and how we can communicate our needs or the needs of others more effectively.

These sessions will include group work activities. There will be a number of breakout rooms and you will be asked to discuss a topic as a group for a few minutes.

It is not compulsory to have your device’s camera switched on, but SURE for Mental Health recommend using your camera to get the most out of the session.

Please note, limited places available. For enquiries, please contact sureformh@newpathways.org.uk

Cancellations: if you have made a booking and no longer want to attend this workshop, please ensure you cancel your place so that another student can benefit from the session.
